FANART - Fullmetal Exorcist?

Erm, yeah. I said I'd be dead for another while but apparantly.. not XD.

You see, I got hooked on this new anime (episode 2 airs tomorrow! >w<~! *dies*) called D.Gray-man. T.M.Revolution's "other" band, abingdon boys school, is singing the opening theme to that anime so I wanted to watch it. And it's damnit awesome X_X. Before the first episode aired I did some research on the manga, and it seems it's a really, REALLY popular manga in Japan so a lot of people are going to watch the anime which means abs' single will sell a lot and that means more money to my dear Takanori-chan~! XDD *geek*

But really, it's teh awesome. It's really dark, horror, but not too mature. It's about exorcists and demons (Akuma) and it's just really cool! <33 I loved the first episode, so I went and fansub it for my friends because they wanted to see it too.

Anyway, about the drawing... I kinda hate it XDD It was a quick sketch I did because I wanted to learn drawing Allen-kun, and I liked it enough to outline it and stuff. In the end I totally screwed up on his outfit because of a lack of reference (I had only one cosplay pic for reference -.-). This took one hour I think x_X (got extremely lazy with shading XD).

No, that's not his arm. No, it's not automail either XD. I don't know the details yet (I've only seen 1 episode after all XD) but his arm is an anti-Akuma weapon, which can transform into various... things. He used a claw like this in ep 1 and I thought it was teh spiff XD. It made me think of Edward (FMA) so hence "Fullmetal Exorcsist" XD. And his left eye is so cool! TwT I want an eye like that XD.

I like the arm. The rest sucks XDD.

Anyway, go watch D.Gray-man! You won't be disappointed! (it even got me hooked on anime again after I said I didn't want to watch any again x_X)
